What if i have an allergy and do all of your cookies contain nuts?
At present, all cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs and soy. While not all contain nuts, they are all made in a facility that contains nuts. If you have a nut allergy, you may want to avoid our cookies to be safe.
How big are your cookies, they look chunky?
All cookies weigh in at approx. 5 oz. Big enough to share (or not, itβs your cookie!).
I have a party or event, can you accommodate my order?
Yes! We are happy to make this happen for you. Please email us at events@brownandbuttered.com with detailed information as to your needs and we will provide a customized quote. Note: we need 3 -4 weeks in advance for all orders of 4 dozen or more.
Are your cookies vegan or gluten free?
Not at this time, but stay tuned for the future.
How do you ship cookies and will they melt?
all cookies are baked at the time of your order and quickly heat sealed for freshness. They are then packed in a recyclable mailer and processed for delivery. All efforts are made to ship in the beginning of the week as to avoid being stuck in hot facilities and trucks over the weekend. At the end of the day though, they are cookies and if in extreme heat ingredients may melt to some extent. Once they arrive, store at room temperature or the freezer.
Where do you ship?
Brown & buttered ships nationwide. They are also available by request for local pickup or delivery in the San Joaquin valley, Ca area.
Do you accept returns?
Given the perishable and consumable nature of baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases are final.
If you have any issues with your order though, shoot us an email at order@brownandbuttered.com and we will do everything to make it right.
Where is my order?
A confirmation email will be sent directly after your order is placed and will be updated with tracking information once your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email, please first check can your junk & spam folders, as well as make sure the email was not blocked by your email provider.
If you still canβt find it, email order@brownandbuttered.com and we will get you covered.
Can i cancel my order?
Please email us at order@brownandbuttered.com to make any corrections to your order. Once your order has been processed for shipment, it is unable to be cancelled.
