I never planned to be a baker. To be honest, I never really knew how to bake—or even liked sweets. But sometimes, life sneaks up and hits you with surprises.

In 2023, I nearly died. I fell nine feet onto my head and neck, and it quickly became clear that my life would never be the same. Facing constant pain and neurological challenges, I searched for solace in my new reality. That’s when I found baking. It became almost therapeutic, and my obsession with creating the perfect cookie took hold. I fell in love with the art and science of it all, tweaking flavors and textures obsessively. But what truly fueled me was seeing the happiness on the faces of my friends and family when they took a bite. It became an addiction—a rush and satisfaction I had never felt before.

What started with a simple “You gotta sell these” turned into an unexpected journey—one that led me here, giving you (yeah, you) a cookie experience unlike any other. Every flavor is crafted with intention, designed not just for incredible taste but for an insanely satisfying texture that makes each bite fun to eat. Honestly they’re all my favorite. It just depends on the day.

Life is too short and fragile to obsess over calories and macros. And it’s far too precious to spend it not doing something you love. Brown & Buttered is my love letter—to all the amazing people who’ve helped me survive this shift in my life, reminding me that no matter what, life can—and will—always be sweet.
